Ownership

Technologický park Brno was established as a PPP project. Its current majority shareholder is the Statutory City of Brno. The company cooperates with the Brno University of Technology, which holds the company’s golden share as its founding partner.

TPB construction

The park layout is divided into several zones, which should be progressively constructed in phases, and the total built-up area will be approx. 135,000 m2. Construction of office spaces, high-tech production areas, services and retail premises as well as residential zones located throughout the park is envisaged in these zones. These are low-density development zones that will offer a large proportion of landscaped green areas. Furthermore, the park is surrounded by natural greenery and protected areas, which makes the entire environment very pleasant.
