The Technology Park is a dynamic business location and the occupation of its facilities changes on a regular basis with Park occupiers regularly expanding their business operations and often relocating within the Park area to larger premises. This ensures that the Park has the ability to offer various solutions to address new enquiries and the current availability of premises is set out below.
In addition the Park’s management is able to present flexible terms to accommodate companies with expanding business plan projections. In certain cases this may involve an interim solution whilst an entirely new building is constructed on a build-to-suit basis.
