Zone B
Zone
B covers 5,5 ha of land and provides a range of
buildings intended for production and assembly, with a varying
proportion of office space.
A
total of 14 000 m² has been developed in the first two
blocks within the zone and a further 8 000 m² can
be constructed to suit
occupational requirements.

Supporting infrastructure provides
direct access to the main highway adjacent to the zone, with
further connections proposed in the form of a major
multi-level interchange.
The
buildings are surrounded by pleasant landscaping, and external
areas provide high ratio car parking and transportation access
to rear loading bays. Internally the developer's finish
provides a powerfloated production floor with capped off
three phase power supply and installed heating and lighting,
both to the production and office areas.
